Ordering Information

As the majority of our products are handmade we may need a little time to get your order ready.  We require approximately 7-10 working days for delivery of stock items within Australia by Standard Postal service.  If you require your order to be sent sooner please select Express Post and we will get it to you sooner via express post if it is in stock.   There is an additional charge for Express Post.  In all cases we will email you with approximate delivery time. Back order delivery will take approximately 14 working days to process. Personalised items may take up to 15 working days to be shipped.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct Deposit and PayPal.

 

Credit Card

All checkout pages are transmitted over a secure session via SSL. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the industry standard for conducting secure transactions over the Internet. All passwords and credit card details are stored in a secure database with the added protection of 128 bit encryption.

 

All online credit card orders are charged upfront, at the time the order is made.  We do this to validate the order and to ensure that all stock is pre-purchased.  

 

IMPORTANT: www.gorgeousgifts.com.au credit card purchases will be displayed as Hyperion Design on your credit card statement.

Direct Deposit

You may pay for your order directly into our bank account.  For details please call 0418 218 151.

 

Please note that orders paid by direct credit will not be processed until payment has been received.  Orders for which payment has not been received within three working days will be cancelled.  Be sure to include the price of your preferred method of shipping in your direct credit payment!

 

Faxed Orders
Orders can be faxed on 02 9660 7383  with your direct deposit, PayPal or credit card details.

Delivery Rate

We deliver anywhere in Australia.  Your order is processed and delivered within 7-10 days.  If there are any delays on stock we will contact you immediately.

 

Delivery charges within Australia

Postage is calculated on the weight of your purchase using Australian Post charges plus a small packaging & handling fee.

 

International Delivery Charges

All international postal charges will be confirmed via email.  Standard international postage is $25.00 + additional per item charge for selected items, per order, however for large items this may not be accurate and freight will be confirmed before processing order.  All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars via PayPal ONLY.

 

Returns and Exchanges
All gorgeousgifts.com.au products are made to the highest quality standards. We will do whatever we can to make sure you are completely satisfied. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, simple return the product within 14 days for a FULL and IMMEDIATE refund (original product price) or exchange. That’s it...no questions asked!  You are liable for the original delivery charges and the return freight costs.  Original delivery and handling charges cannot be refunded.  The items need to be returned to us in their original condition.
